Description
What is CBDA?
CBDA (Cannabidiolic Acid) is the raw form of CBD (cannabidiol). It is one of many chemical compounds called ‘cannabinoids’ that are found in the cannabis sativa plant. CBDA has greater bioavailability compared to CBD, making it quicker-acting and more powerful than CBD alone. CBDA does not produce the ‘high’ typically associated with consuming cannabis products, and can therefore be taken at any time in your normal routine.
How much to take?
The amount of CBDA required depends on your ailment, weight and endocannabinoid system. Begin with a low dose (10-20mg per day) and increase until the desired effect is achieved.
With an average 1:1 ratio of CBDA to CBD, Botanican’s products are available in two strength varieties (600mg or 1200mg). So that’s either 1mg or 2mg dose per drop of oil, alternatively a 20mg or 40mg dose in the case of our capsules.
Oil or Capsules?
CBDA oil is applied under the tongue using the pipette provided to be absorbed directly by the sublingual glands. Start with a few drops every 3-4 hours and then increase your dose from there until the desired effect is achieved.
CBDA capsules are swallowed whole with water, preferably on an empty stomach. There are two strength varieties available (20mg or 40mg per capsule). Start with one capsule every 3-4 hours and then increase your dose from there until the desired effect is achieved.
